There are currently 84 properties listed for sale in Valencia, with 33.3% coming from foreclosures or short sales.
The median list price for a single family home in Valencia is $489, 450, and the average days on market for a home listed for sale is 45. The number of active listings dropped by 4.9% from the previous month.
What does this say about the Valencia real estate market?
